V2.1.8 – New Accountability Reports, Improved Calendar, and more

This morning, we updated Client Book CRM to version 2.1.8. I would like to take this opportunity to tell you what we’ve changed and improved along with how these changes benefit you.

 

New Accountability Reports

We’ve added three new accountability reports.

 

1. Last Login Report

Accountability Last Login Report

This report allows you to see the date and time each employee last logged into the software. This allows you to see who is using the software and who isn’t enabling you to keep your employees accountable. This feature also acts as a reference to check when someone last logged into your account. With this new report owners and admins can sort by store to see this report by store or for all stores. Managers are only able to see this report for their store and their employees.  Included with this new feature is the ability to download the report as a PDF, CSV, or Excel Spreadsheet.

 

2. Wish List Report

The accountability wish list report allows you to see how many wish list items an employee has added to the CRM between a given date range. Simple select the start date, end date, and store then generate the report. Again with this report, owners and admins can sort by store to see this report by store or for all stores. Managers are only able to see this report for their store and their employees.  Included with this new report is the ability to download the report as a PDF, CSV, or Excel Spreadsheet.

 

3. Leads Report

The accountability leads report allows you to see how many leads an employee has added to the CRM between a given date range. Simple select the start date, end date, and store then generate the report. Again with this report, owners/admins can sort by store to see this report by store or for all stores. Managers are only able to see this report for their store and their employees.  Included with this new report is the ability to download the report as a PDF, CSV, or Excel Spreadsheet.

 

4. Appointment Report

This is not a new report but we’d like to note that the appointment report has been moved from reports to accountability. We believe this makes the most sense and helps our menu be more intuitive.

 

Clickable Calendar

Clickable Calendar

With this update, we’ve added a simple yet powerful feature the Client Book CRM. Once we’ve wanted to add for time now. This is the clickable calendar feature. Simply click on a day on the calendar and you are able to add an event such as an appointment, task, or follow-up to your calendar. Once you’re done, press save and viola you’ve got the even on your calendar. This gives you a simple and easy way to quickly add these events to your calendar.

 

Edit email account

Edit Email Account

Due to a number of requests, we have created the ability for users to change their email password and email signature in the email center. This feature is only available to users who have added their email account to our email center. If you have changed your email account password with your email service provider or would like to change the signature that automatically gets attached to the end of your emails, this gives you a simple and easy way of doing so.

 

Manager Interests Module

Manager Interests

A new module option in available in Module control called the “Manager Interests” module. This module option lets you control whether managers have access to add and edit customer interests. When disabled, managers will not have access to the interests management feature and when enabled, the interests management feature will appear on their menu. By default, this module is enabled.

 

Bug fixes

We have included several bug fixes in this update. They have been listed out below.

  • Fixed the client and lead search bug that was preventing the search feature from accurately displaying results of a search.
  • Fixed the bug that prevented employees to download their top 100 report.
  • Fixed the bug with name and links on significant other birthdays in the calendar.
